Taking the time to understand potential candidates background, goals, and ambitions both professionally and personally to make sure the person is a perfect fit.
Interview Stage
There are multiple phases of this stage. Most importantly, is that we find the right person in the quickest amount of time with the least amount of impact on your daily responsibilities.
Offer Stage
We act as a mediator and mentor to ensure that what the employer and candidate wants is presented the first time. This is clearly defined before we even get to the interview stage to ensure we don’t waste time.
